Application range of PVC material:
Due to its high chemical stability, it can be used to make anti-corrosion pipes, fittings, oil pipelines, centrifugal pumps and blowers. PVC hardboards are widely used in the chemical industry to make linings for various storage tanks, corrugated boards for buildings, door and window structures, wall decorations and other building materials. Because of its excellent electrical insulation properties, it can be used to manufacture plugs, sockets, switches and cables in the electrical and electronic industries. In daily life, PVC is used to make sandals, watch band, wristband, usb case, phone case, raincoats, trademarks, toys and artificial leather.
Polyvinyl chloride is synthesized from acetylene gas and hydrogen chloride and then polymerized. Has higher mechanical strength and better corrosion resistance. It can be used to manufacture waste gas and detox towers, gas and liquid delivery pipes in the chemical industry, textile and other industries. It can also replace other corrosion-resistant materials for manufacturing tanks, centrifugal pumps, ventilators and joints. When the plasticizer is added in an amount of 30% to 40%, a soft polyvinyl chloride is produced, which has a high elongation, is soft, and has good corrosion resistance and electrical insulation. Industrial packaging, agricultural seedling raising, daily raincoats, tablecloths, etc., can also be used to make acid and alkali resistant hoses, cable sheaths, insulation layers, etc.
Polyvinyl chloride is also used in solar hot water bottles. Through its light-absorbing properties, it is made into a hot water bottle for bathing.
